Talk1John Karmelich, MAI is an entertaining, dynamic and knowledgeable speaker that never fails to deliver. A combination of years of real estate experience as an appraiser, realtor, and investor, coupled together with a good attitude to get things done as quickly as possible, John is as energetic on stage, as he is empathetic towards realtors and other real estate professionals in general.

Well aware of how brutal it is to sit in an audience, listening to some ‘expert’ clamor on, nearly putting their audience to sleep; John makes sure to keep things entertaining and interactive, by keeping all of his presentations up-to-date as well as interactive with the attendees.

If I wasn’t an appraiser, I’m pretty sure I’d be a teacher. I love to speak to groups about what I do or what appraisals do. One of the topics I love to give to commercial brokers and estate attorneys is not only how to pick an appraiser but also how to “criticize” when the numbers aren’t working.
